1. Switching Active Election

If the election you would like to view is part of a team workspace that you are a member of, please visit the Workspaces Guide. Otherwise, follow these steps.

To switch active election
  1. Ensure your active workspace (listed in the header above current election name) is My Elections.
  2. If it is not, click your profile menu on the right of the header and select 'Switch Workspace', and switch to workspace My Elections.
  3. Click My Elections in the header or in the profile menu dropdown to view the list of elections you have access to.
  4. Find the election you would like to view in the list and click the Load Election button.
  5. You should now be taken to the selected election's Dashboard.

2. Updating Account Details

After account creation, team workspace admins no longer have the ability to change your email, password, or personal details. To change them yourself, please follow these steps.

To update your account details
  1. Click on your profile in the top right of the screen to open profile menu.
  2. Click User Settings to open your account settings page.
  3. From here you can update Account Information or Change you Password.

3. Password Reset

To recover account
  1. On the Sign In page, click the Forgot your password? link.
  2. Enter the email address your account is registered under, and click Reset Password.
  3. You should receive an email to the provided account within several minutes.
  4. In the email, click the button labelled Reset Password to be taken back to AtlasVote.
  5. Enter a New Password and confirm it, and click Reset Password to have your password updated.
  6. You should now be able log in.

4. Completing Registration

To complete registration
  1. Open the invitation email you've received from AtlasVote.
  2. In the email, click the button labelled Complete Signup to be taken to AtlasVote.
  3. Enter a New Password and confirm it, and click Reset Password to have your password updated.
  4. You should now be able log in.
